The scope of our services includes, but is not limited to:

2.2 Service Limitations
Our services do not include the handling of hazardous materials such as asbestos or chemicals. Clients must notify us of any such items prior to the commencement of services.
3. Booking and Scheduling
All services must be booked in advance. Availability is subject to our current schedule and workload. We advise clients to book our services at least two weeks prior to the desired clearance date.
3.1 Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule services up to 48 hours before the scheduled date without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the clearance. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and are subject to change based on the scope of work.
4.1 Invoices
Invoices will be provided detailing the services rendered and the corresponding costs. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid any delays in service provision.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items to be cleared are accessible and ready for removal on the agreed date. This includes removing any personal items and securing confidential information.
5.1 Access and Security
Clients must provide necessary access to the premises for our team. This includes keys or access codes if required. Office Clearance Addiscombe is not liable for any restricted areas that cannot be accessed by our team.
6. Liability and Insurance
While we take utmost care in handling all items, Office Clearance Addiscombe is not liable for any pre-existing damage to items prior to clearance. We carry appropriate insurance to cover any accidental damage that may occur during the clearance process.
6.1 Limited Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the items being cleared. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Clients may terminate the contract for convenience by providing written notice in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in section 3.
11. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Office Clearance Addiscombe, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client's use of our services.
